The Next Steps

When customers have decided to engage our outsourcing services, we follow a set-up process to ensure that highly accurate work is performed from day one. The major steps are shown below:

  • Open Destinations meet with the customer to plan the project and document existing work processes for the contracted services. This documentation will enable us to write a Procedure Manual. 
  • The customer provides Open Destinations with access to any necessary systems and technology.
  • Open Destinations draft a Procedure Manual for comment and revision by the customer. This documents all aspects of the contracted services, including a description of the work to be done, the work process, checking and verification, expected performance levels and reporting.
  • The training of Open Destinations Operations Executives takes place based on the agreed process as per the Procedure Manual. The customer is encouraged to attend or be available to answer any questions.  
  • Open Destinations carry out a ‘test run’ by performing the task and passing to the Customer for inspection. From this, there may be refinements to the Procedure Manual followed by further testing.
     
  • Once both parties are satisfied, Open Destinations Outsourcing commence providing the service.
