At Open Destinations we do not think of ourselves as a software company, we are a solution provider for the Travel Industry.  Despite having the largest development capability of any company in the travel systems marketplace, we avoid “diversifying” into other industries because we believe in recruiting and training people who are travel industry specialists rather than generalists.  Rather than offer solutions to the finance, gaming or telecoms sectors like some of our competitors, all 230 Open Destinations employees work exclusively in providing travel solutions for our customers.  We believe that this keeps our focus on travel and providing the best solutions to our customers.
