Job Title: Support Consultants, Installation & Support, Goa, India
Reporting to: Team Lead
Shifts: Rotational shifts involving India and UK shifts
Job Role
- Manage the deployment process for multiple concurrent releases
- Participate in deployment & configuration of the application as needed
- Assist the Customer Service Team with deployment responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned
Candidate Requirements, mandatory:
- 2-3 years of build/release and configuration management
- Experience in deploying and configuring in web-based applications using IIS6 and IIS7.5
- Work directly with QA and Customer Service Team to provide regular support aligned with a
model of planned releases - Working knowledge of relational database management system (SSMS)
- Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited college or university or relevant professional
