Job Title: Graduate Internship in Business Development

Main job purpose

  • To support our Business Development team in sales coordination and market research analysis, with a view to join the Business Development team permanently
  • Initially a paid internship, a successful intern will be offered a permanent full time role in the company with competitive salary and benefits

The Ideal Candidate

  • The ideal candidate will be a talented, ambitious graduate with a good degree who wants to gain experience working in a busy sales team
  • Will aspire to become a Business Development Representative
  • Previous experience of sales and marketing
  • Additional European language and experience using a CRM system would be a bonus

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analysis and support activities related to the sales of our travel software to tour operators
  • First point of contact for our sales pipeline with ability to push a sales lead into a prospect
  • Will be required to secure appointments for our software demos with our sales leads all over the world
  • Creating monthly and weekly sales reports and presenting results to senior team

Skills / Attributes Required

  • Strong academic record with a good degree (2:1 or higher)
  • Attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer focused
  • Proven ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint effectively
  • Interest in technology and travel industries
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
