Eligibility
Minimum 2-3 years of technical writing experience in a product company, with samples of work product as proof Exceptional writing, interviewing and research skills Proficient in MS Office Product Suite.

- Candidate should have a knack for training and should be a keen learner with the ability to upgrade and self-learn new technologies
- Good command of the English language and impeccable communication skills.
Job Description
- Writing content for all product related communication including feature blogs, user guide, installation guides, technical FAQ etc.
- Content and Updates for all product related UI, Help menu and process flows
- Research and Documentation for Internal ticketing and other support related FAQ
- Content for Product Release and Launch activities
- Updates for Release Notes and other product focused web pages
- Developing Story and Content for product, Feature and Technical videos
- Developing content for all Product Related internal Documentation
- Content for Product based emails for the entire product life cycle – Installation, Activation, Usage, Refresher and Notification emails
- Content for product based SMS notifications for the entire product life cycle
