Attraction World Group (AWG) announce new GOA partnership

Travel Weekly publihsed in early November, 2022 that Attraction World Group (AWG) and Open Destinations have formed a new strategic partnership that will see AWG and Open Destinations build a commercial and operations team in Goa. This partnership will help AWG scale its global products portfolio, with improved market speed and give customers opportunities to visit the world’s attractions and tours with AWG.

AWG announced last month, that in 2023 they’ll witness a transition to In-destination sales opportunities. The Open Destinations team will help facilitate the increase in destination experiences, consumer content and 24/7 service to our customers in resort.

 

David Scott, Chief Commercial Officer at Open Destinations, said: “We are delighted to be working with AWG and providing support to them through our Business Support Services function based in India. We have over 500 colleagues in Goa who pride themselves on customer service, accuracy and speed, and we look forward to helping AWG grow and scale their business as we move into 2023.”
