Our leadership team

Kevin O’Sullivan

Founder & Executive Chair

Kevin is the architect of the technology solutions being offered today. Prior to founding Open Destinations, Kevin was the Managing Director of Tourplan and E-commerce Consultant for First Call Tickets. He spent five years as Group IT Manager in Tourism International, a large multi-site/multi-sector tour operator and hotel group. Kevin started his career in travel as a writer with Rough Guides.

John Davies

CEO

Responsible for optimising our business across people, process and technology to support our next growth phase and ensure we continue delivering excellent service to our customers. John has over 20 years delivering technology solutions across multiple industries, including travel at TUI, most recently as CIO at MOSL and Technology Director at The AA, and  will lead the evolution of our products and services.

Dev Pinto

Chief Financial Officer

Dev is responsible for the legal, commercial and financial aspects of the company and also works closely with clients in the development of our Business Support Services (BSS) . Dev has a wealth of experience working in consultancy firms, including a stint as Senior Strategy Consultant at Itim Group working on projects for companies such as B&Q and Argos.

Phil Napleton

Chief Operating Officer

Phil has overall ownership of our product and development strategy, as well as our business development activities. Phil has over 25 years of information systems management experience in the travel sector, including 13 years with Abercrombie & Kent, where he was CIO, responsible for a global network of inbound and outbound travel companies.

David Bailey

Global Commercial Director

David leads Open Destinations’ global commercial strategy, spearheading revenue growth, sales and marketing alignment, and customer success initiatives as the business expands its international footprint. He brings extensive commercial leadership experience from high-growth technology environments. David’s strategic focus on scalable go-to-market execution and deep understanding of technology-led growth support our ambitions to deliver value for customers worldwide.
