Job Title: Process Trainer
Location: Goa, India
Job Type: Full-time
To train and manage functional SLAs in Business Support Tasks.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Process Trainer ideally in Air Fare Ticketing process or Accounts Payable or if not then Tech Voice Processes in a ITeS / BPO Industry.
- Open to shifts and staggered offs as per client requirement (additional allowance and part transport available for the UK & US shifts)
- Experience in client facing role
- Drive process improvements, control & compliance
- Good understanding of business processes and ability to relay to others.
- Certification or knowledge of Six sigma and lean methodology is preferred
Skills / Attributes Required
- Good team player with interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication, reporting & facilitation skills
- Thorough knowledge of MS office tools like Excel, Power point and awareness of BI tools
