Job Role

To train and manage functional SLAs in Business Support Tasks.


 Candidate Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Process Trainer ideally in Air Fare Ticketing process or Accounts Payable or if not then Tech Voice Processes in a ITeS / BPO Industry.
  • Open to shifts and staggered offs as per client requirement (additional allowance and part transport available for the UK & US shifts)
  • Experience in client facing role
  • Drive process improvements, control & compliance
  • Good understanding of business processes and ability to relay to others.
  • Certification or knowledge of Six sigma and lean methodology is preferred


Skills / Attributes Required

  • Good team player with interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication, reporting & facilitation skills
  • Thorough knowledge of MS office tools like Excel, Power point and awareness of BI tools
