Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Quality Management of the Business Support Services Business by assisting Operations to deliver high quality service to its customers.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with
    established standards.
  • To lead and drive performance improvement initiatives proactively.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff.
  • Lead and mentor a team of training and quality professionals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous learning and development.
  • Assist in transition of new business/projects.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in leading quality and training functions in an outsourcing business.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent knowledge of process improvement methodologies – preferably Lean, Six Sigma – Yellow/Green Belt. BB certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Additional/Preferred Skills

  • Experience and understanding of travel or tour operator business.

Educational Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. Master’s degree is a plus.
