To manage all hotel reservation requests.
Role & Responsibilities
- This role requires candidates to accurately take reservation request in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be detail-orientated and enjoy providing exceptional customer service.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with attention to detail
- Should be confident and a go-getter, with the ability to manage tasks independently, if needed.
- Must be open to working in rotational shifts on 24×7 environment (additional allowance and part transport available for the UK & US shifts)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Hotel Reservations or Front Office Reservations
